  1. Sorry if this sounds dumb but I follow a plant-based diet and I was curious how hard it would be to find vegan dishes? Most of the time I think I’ll rely on fresh fruits and veggies but I would also want to try the some local cuisine as well.

  2. These foods look delicious!! I’ve never had pho before but I’ve beard of it. It’s definitely a food I would love to try and maybe now a few more difference kinds ?

  3. So many yummy dishes! Still, I have to be honest and say I don’t think I’ll ever try an embryo, I just don’t have the stomach for it. The same goes for insects or other things that don’t fit my usual bill.

  4. Touring in Vietnam would be best with some of these street foods. I’ve tasted Pho, though not in Ho Chi Minh city, but this piece suggests the Pho in Vietnam is way better than others out there. I’d like to have a taste of this and the Bun Cha when I visit the Ho Chi Minh City.

  5. I could never eat Trung Vit Lon – just looking at that image makes me… Anyway, I will definitely try most of the others on your list, especially Pho which looks delicious and Banh Cuon (if it’s steamed and in a roll I love it).

    • I feel the same way. I wouldn’t eat that if they’d paid me. I eat meat from time to time but I can’t eat every kind of meat. I like how that Pho looks and I do love beef meat.
