Great list but you will never, EVER get me to try a duriаn. The smell is like rotten eggs but worse. It is hard to describe. I have smelled it twice in my life and I would happily take smelling spoiled milk or a dirty diaper over that fruit any day! I agree completely on the porn and rice. That is my favorite dish!

The return of the Cambodian Cuisine is no doubt a great one. Looking at the long list of these foods, I just can help but salivate. The Lap Khmer would possibly taste better to me than the Beef Lok Lak because of the salad.
