  1. This makes me super hungry…Myanmar food is so awesome that you could almost never go wrong wherever you go. I had a bucket of tamin (rice), and it was enough to make me satisfy. It was simply delicious.

    • Georgia, no matter where you travel in Indochina it is always best to see where there are large crowds eating at restaurants or eating stalls. This normally means that the venue is trusted, also there is a greater chance that the food will be fresher as turnover will be greater, because in many cases, refrigeration systems are not reliable, especially in power shortages or disruptions. Also go for the hot cooked foods, that are cooked on a wok or in pot that is boiling over, this reduces your chances of getting a tummy bug.

    • Georgia, I am a rice lover too, this is one of those wonders of the region, there are some many different types of rice dishes on offer throughout Indochina.

  2. Dеер-friеd stuff looks delicious! If I ever have the chance to visit Myanmar I would love to try these restaurants. Great and honest reviews.
